Message 10: USB stick and Kubuntu 5.10

Richard,
Breezy does not recognize my usbstick automatically at
least on i386 version.
I needed to
# mkdir /mnt/ustick    **create a mount directory
# mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/ustick   **mount the
stick
at this point you should be able to list the sticks
contents and write to it
# ls /mnt/ustick

and then unmount it when you are finished.
# umount /dev/sda1

If this also works for you, someone more technical can
help with making the solution persistent after
reboots.

sorry have'nt used a digital camera with kubuntu
