A general question regarding KDE releases

Hello folks,

regarding this thread

it seems that KDE 3.4.1 will only be available in Breezy - is it because  
of the major GCC
transition?

Will there be minor KDE updates (maybe a KDE "4.0.1" for Breezy when it's  
final) once the
C++ ABI is more or less 'stable'? As minor releases are usually bugfix  
releases wouldn't it
make sense to include them in Kubuntu's official releases?
