I set up a View Profile in Konqueror, named it "EFW". Then to
Control Center > Desktop > Panels > Menus tab > Edit K Menu
Where, in (Internet > ) Konqueror I changed the command from 
kfmclient openProfile Web Browsing
to
kfmclient openProfile EFW

Then I allocated a keystroke to it 

(Also been good to move to "Windows Scheme (With Win Key)", 
in Regional & Accessibility > Keyboard Scortcuts, as mentioned in 
another thread)
