Open konqueror, and enter the location audiocd:/ (or go to the system
navigator and navigate to Storage->Audio CD). It will open a directory
which shows a number of subdirectories, Ogg, flac, mp3... Copy the
desired format to wherever you want it and it will start ripping.
Control Centre has the ripping options (bitrates and the like).
