Announcing KUDOS project and Kubuntu FAQ

KUDOS stands for "Kubuntu is a User-friendly Desktop OS". The project's aim
matches its name :)

Kubuntu FAQ is basically an adaptation of Ubuntu Guide to Kubuntu, with
some additions & modifications. It's still in a very early stage, so
please cross check with other documentations on K/Ubuntu (and feedback the
errors you've found, thanks :)
