Where are firewall settings in Kubuntu?

To the best of my knowledge, Ubuntu doesn't install a firewall by
default.  Instead, I chose to install "firehol" via the Universe
repository.  It's easy to admin.  No need to learn cryptic iptables
codes and yet very easy to customize and with good granularity.

I'm not aware of a GUI interface for it, tho.
