Complete Kontact Backup and Restoration

On Kontact information storage, it is interesting to note that if you
have an IMAP account, you can store your contacts, calendar and so on
the IMAP server and retrieve it as needed. In this fashion, you can
have the same updated contacts list on both laptop and desktop. I find
this really useful. Information on this on:

Unfortunately, I cannot find a visual guide which was published in
Spanish detaiilng how to this with KDE 3.1 or somesuch.
