hi

I've tried it out(with your sources.list) and I get:

$ sudo aptitude -v install mozilla-browser
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  mozilla-browser: Depends: libnspr4 (= 2:1.7.6-1ubuntu2) but
2:1.7.6-1ubuntu2.1 is installed.

this seems to be a bug to me
Maybe fillin a new one ( couldn't find an existing one)

apart from that, you should add:

deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary-security main restricted
universe

also to your sources.list
