Switch user & sound

Hi,

When I use the "Switch user" function in KDE, arts pops-up an error message 
after the second user has logged in:

Sound server informational message:
Error while initializing the sound driver:
device: default can't be opened for playback (Device or resource busy)
The sound server will continue, using the null output device.
-----

Isn't it possible for 2 users to be logged in simultanuously and share the 
sound device?
