ugly fonts under kde 3.4.1

Hi all,

I have ugly fonts with kde 3.4.1 on my compaq presario notebook.

I tries Mandriva - PCLinuxOS and SuSe and all have better fonts.

What is the difference? I like Kubuntu but not the ugly fonts.

Is there anyone who can explain the difference for me!

(By the way PCBSD and Ubuntu both have for me ugly fonts too)
