Yes!. NDISWrapper is the solution. I have a HP Pavilion ze4805us with the lastest driver from HP Update site (win32).
Yo need to copy the .inf .sys to the FS system then run a ndisw/ tool to make a minimodules entries.
Follow the procedure from Achim Bohnet says in the url but study a little more. This procedure its incomplety for me.

AFAIK broadcom chips need ndiswrapper. See
