Serious Bug: last -d on any Kubuntu/Ubuntu box

Info on the command 'last'
Last searches back through the file /var/log/wtmp (or the file
desigā nated by the -f flag) and displays a list of all users logged
in (and out) since that file was created.
In a terminal, if you type: last -d
You will get an entry showing an IP unknown to you (194.135.4.8 in
many cases), last shows this address as: still logged in *every* time
you reboot or login.
I hope someone will address this issue.
