Kubuntu uses the same sources.list as general ubuntu - all you need to
do is install the kubuntu-desktop package
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop
and this will install Kubuntu for you..
However - if you need a new sources.list - the source-o-matic script may
be very useful to you - you can find it here
