Weird files in my home dir

Suddenly notices that I got 6-700 files in my home dir all having names like 
binTyAU5eLvS8.bin, jpg7nl2AK0ng5.jpg etc.

It looks like some kinda cache files bc they contain files that I have 
accesses either on the web or on my computer but I have no idea which program 
creates them.

Any ideas? It's cluttering the directory a bit to say it mildly ;-)
