fluxbox on kubuntu

Hello!

I install fluxbox and all suggested packages via apt-get install. This 
worked fine until I noticed that the ~/.fluxbox/init file was empty (as in 
no contents). I've looked over /usr/share/fluxbox and found nothing except 
the default fluxbox styles directory. So I downloaded the source from 
fluxbox.org <http://fluxbox.org> and extracted init and copied it to 
~/.fluxbox. After setting the style I want, I logged in using fluxbox 
session and got a teeny weeny menu. I couldn't even read the contents. I 
rebooted and set Alt-F4 to launch up xterm so I could edit the config files 
by hand. I tried increasing the tab height and width to over 100 but same 
problem.

I couldn't find any docs on setting up the init config file at
fluxbox.org<http://fluxbox.org>
