Please help. I have been installing Ubuntu as double start in a computer where I have a W2000 and a W98, and failed this way: I have 2 hard drives and 7 partitions in total, first two partitions occupied by the W98 and 2000 which had a double start. I went through all the installation of Ubuntu doing fine until the grub said it could not create the double start area. I tried with lilo but didn' work either. I then sacrified the W98 and tried a new installation there with Ubuntu, again the same problem. Result: I have Ubuntu actually installed in two partitions of the computer but I cannot start it and now I cannot start the W2000 neither.
Is there a way to fix this? I have a CD of Kubuntu on the fly if that serves any.
