Kaffeine 0.7

Hello,

just saw on german news site heise.de that Kaffeine came out with a new 
version. Now heise isn't exactly what I'd call an OSS news site but they do 
general IT news - anyway this made me wonder;

Is a new KDE-related software release, that's beeing used default in Kubuntu 
(thinking of kaffeine and amaroK specifically here) enough for an updated 
Kubuntu release package? Just like there are packages for a new KDE version 
on release day, will there be such packages for such applications as well?

If so, where would i get the new kaffeine? ;)
