Take your time as the social ends at 7pm, but everyone needs to be out of the venue by 8pm.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Will there be WiFi?</p><ul><li><p>Yes, details provided on-site.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>What is the standard provided equipment of the Exposition Hall?</p><ul><li><p>There will be a 6 ft table and 2 chairs.</p></li><li><p>Shared power via an extension cord with outlets every 6 ft.</p></li><li><p>Note that we do not have other equipment such as screens, furniture, scanners, carpet, etc. available.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Which booth will be ours?</p><ul><li><p>This will be arranged during check-in. The system is currently "first come, first serve".</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Will there be any space for a self-standing (pop-up) banner?</p><ul><li><p>There is some space between tables, which might be able to fit a banner. Walkways must be kept clear.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Is there an opt-in list of attendees and/or is it possible to scan people’s badges?</p><ul><li><p>We do not keep an attendee list nor provide badges that can be scanned.</p></li><li><p>You may, however, have people sign-up at your booth.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Will food be served? </p><ul><li><p>There will be snacks available throughout the day, but no meals served.</p></li><li><p>Food is available nearby. For example, a food court will be open downstairs on Friday (but not Saturday), and there are plenty of restaurants about 10 minutes away by foot.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Is there an address and contact person for shipping supplies ahead of time?</p><ul><li><p>This isn't something we can offer generally; however, an organizer may receive things on a case-by-case basis.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Something doesn’t look right with our agreement.
