Wayland session dialog bug

And after a low-expectation repeated search for this problem, I finally
found the solution:

Under Wayland, layer-shell-qt seems be a mandatory dependancy (of
plasmashell, I guess?)
I can confirm this is the solution for Kubuntu as well.
