Krita and G'Mic

Using Krita 5 that is in the Impish backports PPA 
https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ubuntu/backports it isn't 
possible to use the G'Mic plug-in as the way it should be packaged has 
changed.

I suspect this will also affect 22.04 when it comes out in April.

Does this need looking at, or will it mean having to use the appimage 
package?
