Serious bug for Kubuntu Focus

The unfortunate thing about this is that it's specific to a very limited
set of hardware, which makes it so that there are a limited number of
testers available. I, for one, I can't help. However, the Kernel Team
can. You can find them on Freenode IRC at #ubuntu-kernel or email
kernel-team at lists.ubuntu.com.
If you want to go all-out, I would work on further trying to debug,
triage, and bisect the issue. You can find more about those on the
team's wiki page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel
A good start would be having a very clear description in the title and
having a summary of the problem right at the very top.
Good luck!
