The screenshots are great! With the caveat that some wallpapers are less
wonderful than others, I'm a  +1 on doing this for our LTS. Other opinions?

My answer on this one depends on our international users. Noto has an
amazing range of support for other languages that don't use the
American/British English alphabet. I don't believe that Ubuntu has anywhere
near that. I think our users in India, Russia, Japan, China, and Korea
appreciate the character support.

I'd like to hear from them about this, so I suggest posting this link on
Kubuntuforums, and the Kubuntu User list, at least.
