Hi Valorie,

Very nice to meet you. Could we please arrange to speak sometime in
the near future? I'm traveling from Tuesday to Friday this week, so
either tomorrow or else the following week.

The current support offering was barely discussed. Jonathan wanted it
up quickly after Canonical ceased to offer support. We'd be very happy
to talk through.
