As mentioned earlier, it's time to test the beta 1 milestone candidate
before Beta 1 day on August 31. I am forwarding the i386 notice
because so far we have zero testing done on the latest spin.

With no testing, there will be no i386 Beta 1 milestone released. If
you want a i386 Artful release on October 19, please test! Without
testing, there will be no release.
