Updated Vcs-Git fields and .gitattributes of all repositories of plasma and applications

Hi,

like what we did with frameworks I have pushed changes to *all* plasma and 
applications git repositories to update the Vcs-Git fields and 
debian/.gitattributes files so if you are working with local clones you will 
want to do a "do-all git pull" for both package sets.
