Kubuntu Membership Meeting & Application

Hi everyone,

I have been encouraged (prodded/pushed, in a nice way) to set a date for
my membership meeting.

I have deliberately set the times and date to a limited set to keep
things simple and easy to respond to. Should this not be workable,
please let me know so I can extend or make a new poll.
