Muon Package Manager broken in Kubuntu 16.04

Hi Paul,

muon-notifier, muon-updater, and muon-discover have been renamed to
plasma-updater-notifier, plasma-updater, and plasma-discover
respectively.
muon-* packages are now transitional packages that install plasma-* ones.

Muon Package Manager (muon) is now a separate product.
