Muon Package Manager broken in Kubuntu 16.04

Kubuntu 16.04
KDE Plasma Version 5.5.4
Qt Version: 5.5.1
Kernel Version: 4.4.0-13-generic
OS Type: 64-bit

I updated my system last night; a huge update. Afterwards, Muon Package Manager fails to launch, and the following information is displayed:

KDEInit could not launch ‘muon’: Could not open library ‘/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_muon’. Cannot load library /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_muon.so: Cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

A search of my entire system does not find libkdeinit5_muon.so or any file ending with muon.so.

Muon Package Manager was working fine prior to this huge update. Muon Discover still works, and I do have Synaptic Package Manager which also works.
