help resolving kubuntu-desktop meta issues

I have not actually had to do anything with this before.
Where / how / what do I need to do to update this package?

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 kubuntu-desktop : Depends: ksnapshot but it is not going to be installed
                   Recommends: gtk3-engines-oxygen but it is not installable
                   Recommends: pam-kwallet5 but it is not going to be
installed
                   Recommends: plasma-widget-kimpanel but it is not going
to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.


ksnapshot needs to be kde-spectacle and also we need to somehow change the
keybindings as printScr does not currently trigger spectacle.


gtk-engines-oxygen does not seem to exist in xenial - on purpose?

pam-kwallet5 is now kwallet-pam

plasma-widget-kimpanel was removed upstream and therefore needs to be
removed here.
