Required force-downgrade of packages for staging-kdeapplications ppa users

Hi,

this is relevant for users of kubuntu-ppa/staging-kdeapplications, only
that, the other PPAs are good:

so a small mistake at listing the packages that carry an epoch happened
for the applications, which caused these sources to have an epoch which
they shouldn't have:
baloo-widgets5 libkf5kface libkf5sane libkf5kipi

we fixed that and clive re-uploaded applications to the PPA, but
everyone that had the PPA enabled lately will probably have to
force-downgrade some of these binary packages to the fixed versions or
they will never get updates for these packages anymore:

libkf5baloowidgets5
libkf5baloowidgets-bin
libkf5baloowidgets-dev
libkf5kface-dev
libkf5kface10.0.0
libkf5kface-data
libkf5sane5
