Remove people from contact lists

Since Riddell, Sitter, and Kitterman are not with us on the Kubuntu team
anymore it might be right to remove them from a few pages. [1] [2] [3]

[3] Is the page listing KDE GB Account and where the money is being held,
we should have someone else handling that since Riddell is not around for
that.
