How to help?

Is there a particular time it's best to join the channel?  I am in 
GMT-0500 so the evening for me is when people in Europe are probably 
asleep.

I have been using the kde5 kubuntus for quite a while now, and I would 
very much like ot help clean up issues I am seeing.
