Qt 5.6.2

While we are waiting for Qt 5.7.1 to be released, *after we get
everything migrated into backports*, would it be a good idea to do a
migration from Qt 5.6.1 to 5.6.2 in Backports Landing, rebuild
everything, and push it to Backports?

Reason being, it's a bugfix release that could be useful in fixing some
bugs while we wait for Qt 5.7.1. In order to get 5.7.1 in Backports, it
should at least be in the Ubuntu development release archive (release
pocket, not proposed) before we put it in Backports, and that will take
a few months, so in the meantime, why not provide bugfixes?

Thoughts?
