what to do with repos

Why don't we just throw them in the repos and trim them out later if
needed?
Not sure about kde-runtime, though. My only hesitation is the fact that
kde-runtime exists as a viable package in every suite in the Ubuntu repos,
including the latest LTS. Some of that stuff may be useful at some point,
at least until it stops being supported.
