Drag and drop not working from Qt to skype

Hello,

I've submitted a bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtbase-
opensource-src/+bug/1586857 a while ago. Since then according qt bug
QTBUG-53238:
Drag and drop doesn't work from qt5 application to skype
<https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-53238> was fixed and included in Qt
5.6.2.

I wonder if it can be fixed in Kubuntu 16.04? Ether as backport, or perhaps
it's planned to update Qt version in 16.04?
