Kdenlive packaging for Xenial

15.12.3 is already packaged and ready for upload.
ppa:kubuntu-ppa/staging-kdeapplications However, we are blocked on any
uploads due to a failing baloo ( 32 bit autopackage fails ). Any help
welcome.
16.04 beta is not an option at all, we are beyond past all freezes. Bug fix
releases only. We welcome all packaging help as well. Perhaps your fixes
could be applied to the 15.12.3.
