see kdepim. in fact kdepim has update for all apps in 15.08.1 IIRC, so
only dolphin and ktp need fixing (technically everything that changed
name between apps1504 and apps1508 needs fixing as they all could be
favs).

removal-on-upgrade ought to be done via lp:update-manager I think
