Wily upgrade issues

2 things that were staring in my face after I did an upgrade test:

- Application links in kickoff being broken https://kyofel.de/owncloud/index.php/s/fqzTshBuNo0uDrr
Ok, we talked about this while we were packaging 15.07.80, but then everyone forgot about them.
As the upstream position seems to be "we don't care" and d_ed said that it would be rather complicated to find something that matches all moved files, I'll see if I can figure out how to write some kconf update scripts to at least fix the links for the core applications.

- 2 volume control widgets
KMix is obsolete, right? If yes we probably want to remove it from the archive and make whatever ships the new widget break it so it gets removed on upgrades.
Better ideas?
