Trusty backports, almost done short a few odd cases.

Hi all,
I have been hard at work on these, but I have a few odd balls. I will
figure out eventually, but would prefer just to get these out the door,
they are only almost a year over due..

kde-workspace and rocs both fail on dh_auto_configure:
They both have

-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=None -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debian

in common, seems odd to declare that twice. Isn't the latter is for ABI Manager?

kde-workspace does seem to have ABI, not rocs though.

Any thoughts?
