[Merge request] dist-upgrade from vivid to wily failed because of libksysguard

Hi,

recently I tested in a virtual machine a dist-upgrade from a plain vivid 
installation from the 15.04 disk (no extra stuff installed) to current wily.

The dist-upgrade failed because of the typical problem of a file moved from one 
package to another without declaring the proper Breaks/Replaces.

Patch temporarily available here:
http://gpul.grupos.udc.es/kubuntu_patches/plasma-5.4.2/libksysguard/

I have built a package with the patch in my ppa and used it to test the dist-
upgrade again, with the patches package the dist-upgrade ends sucessfully,
