Kubuntu developement image

Hello,

Here's the VirtualBox image for Kubuntu Development that I've made https://apollo.geekaliens.com:8001/index.php/s/xX8RrsircoqtX5r[1]

There's also a Development image prepared for the development of Karbon, for a friend that want's to become it's maintainer.

The changelog has the changes from the current latest release of Kubuntu.

If you guys have any ideas on how to make it better, or a different aproach to this problem, please let me know.
