PPAs for landing QA for PPAs

Hi,

so, in Munich we just decided that our QA process from staging-* is too confusing and causes people to accidentally end up with messed systems if they don't remove the staging PPAs

So, now we have 2 more PPAs:
kubuntu-ppa/ppa-landing
kubuntu-ppa/backports-landing

which are explicitly just for testing packages after they're done in staging-* and before they end up in the user PPAs.

Please remember to copy your packages over there before you call for testing. Thanks!
