Munich Hackfest Funding request

I hereby request funding to attend Munich Hackfest via Kubuntu Funds. There
is not nearly enough notice to apply for ubuntu community donations
funding. As per Valorie I can request funding from this.. here..

If I purchase my tickets.. like now.. I can get there with 1600.00 USD
