kanagram in ubuntu archive

I cannot reproduce this on kubuntu so what make me wonder is the two 
qml-module-qtquick2 and qml-module-qtquick-controls

I don't see this being pulled in our packaging either, why does it work?
What needs to be done so folks without plasma can run this?
