we just noticed that meta-kde-telepathy was not uploaded to the PPA.
kindly note that the metapackage is pretty much required to make sure
the user gets a coherent telepathy stack and shouldn't be forgotten
when doing an upload (which is of course extra tricky because it
doesn't have a tarball ...)

I would rather love to have the packages inter-dependencies fixed
properly such that the meta becomes obsolete or short of that have the
meta move into one of the actual KTP source packages to prevent
forgetting to upload. no time though...
