utopic CI about to end

Now that 15.10 has a name and is open for development and everything,
utopic CI builds are getting discontinued. if you still have a utopic
installation using Kubuntu CI either upgrade to 15.04 or ppa-purge the
packages installed from CI PPAs.

Jenkins jobs for utopic probably will get wiped on Friday. PPA
binaries probably will get wiped Monday next week *from all PPAs,
including snapshots* to facilitate upgrades and prevent further
installations of outdated CI builds.

Conversely wily jobs will probably get created Friday but not be
installable until Monday.
