Kubuntu Docs 15.04

Lovely, I've updated the package and make it compatible with KF5
 kubuntu-docs_15.04ubuntu1_all.deb
and uploaded to ubuntu

However the header and footers don't load for me, if anyone knows why
please let me know.  From tests with the help kioslave it loads the .css
and images fine.
