kdeconnect (kdelibs4) back for kioslave

Yep, it's so that if you click on the systray applet then click on the
folder it can successfully open kdeconnect://f86880968f0e8974/ in
Dolphin which is still kdelibs4 based and you can do right click ->
send to android phone in dolphin too.
