New site

Hello friendly people,

Status update:
Canonical sysadmins have migrated the site.
Now we have
     *  Current site: http://www.kubuntu.org/[1] Still the same
     *  Development site: http://kubwp.kubuntu.co.uk/[2] Used to develop the site
     *  New site: https://www-new.kubuntu.org/[3]
The members of the team https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-website-administrators[4] can login to the new site. I'll add anyone else who needs adding (please let me know, so I don't forget anyone).

Please provide feedback on some inconsistencies or major problems that you find. Mostly I mean stuff that is on the devel site and isn't here, but any major problems must be fixed.

There are a few minor tweeks that I've done to the theme that are not on the new site yet, waiting for an update (just released a new version 5 minutes ago).

We still have to update the site with all the posts. And update the download page and a few others (check trello).
