[Merge request] Fix duplicated file in oxygen

Hi,

there's a file installed in 2 binary packages at the same time after the debian 
merge, I'm attaching a patch to solve the problem 

Note that I'm leaving the file where the debian dude decided to place it and 
added the corresponding Breaks/Replaces.
